Fife Rape and Sexual Assault (FRASAC) is an independent voluntary organisation offering a range of free and confidential time limited counselling and support to anyone, male or female, who has been raped or sexually assaulted at some point in their lives.

support through police and court procedures
A counselling support worker can meet with you at various locations across Fife and will try to find a venue, which takes into account your need for comfort, privacy and confidentiality.
How to get Referred to Us
Referrals can be made by phoning our office on 01592 642336 or forwarding your details on the form within Get In Touch. Ideally we would like you to contact us yourself if you would like an appointment.
Don’t worry, we realise you may need support in taking this massive step and you might wish someone to contact us on your behalf. If so, we would prefer they did this with you present if at all possible.
We aim to provide a first appointment within a week to ten days of the referral, however if you have experienced a recent assault we will try to meet with you as soon as possible.
For partners and family members we offer shorter-term support, which can be at intervals appropriate to the person concerned.
We have a strict policy on confidentiality and as a rule we do not release information about clients to anyone else without their permission. The information that we will ask when you first make contact is:
