FRASAC offers a free, confidential service intended to provide you with high quality support. If you feel the standard of support you have received is unacceptable this can be addressed in two ways:

Informally

Many things can be put right by speaking to your worker however if you feel you are unable to do this you may want to talk things through with the CEO. You can do this by calling 01592 642336 to make an appointment. The CEO will then feedback to you regarding what has been done to resolve the issue.

Formally

Complaints about Individual Staff Members or Volunteers

A complaint should normally be referred to the CEO or to the Chairperson if it concerns the CEO.  If the complaint concerns the CEO, the Chairperson will appoint someone to investigate in accordance with the Disciplinary Procedure. The BOD will use their discretion to involve an external person to carry out any investigation if deemed necessary.  Complaints can be sent via letter to FRASAC, 38/40 High Street, Kirkcaldy, KY1 1LU,  or by email to jan.swan@frasac.org.uk - please note “Complaint” in the subject line.

Complaints about Services or Policies

Complaints about services or policies should be referred to the CEO. Complaints can be sent via letter to FRASAC, 38/40 High Street, Kirkcaldy, KY1 1LU,  or by email to jan.swan@frasac.org.uk - please note “Complaint” in the subject line.
